+1 #4 VHM 2009-11-27 15:22 Point is this, lets not be to naive about these things. We have been warned, for ex., the Sunday law, it is already in place in certain counties in NJ. Visit Bergen County in NJ and you will see what I am referring too. Such things are creeping slowly on us, and we are not even noticing it, we should be more aware so that we are not caught off guard. Best wishes to all. God Bless. Quote
 
 
+1 #3 VHM 2009-11-27 15:20 Just an input on the above comments. I have been following the swine flu epedemic for some time now. It was more than just Fox news reporting on it. I do not trust much of any of the media myself, everone is entitled to their own opinion on that subject. However, I have noticed how alarming it was sounding, a few friends from my church recently returned from a trip to their country, and they did not hear one word about the swine flu there, and yet our media is showing us pictures and footage as if that particular country was going out of control about the swine flu.

As for forced vaccination, YES there has been legislation in place to introduce it in certain areas for certain occupations, such as medical and education fields, but thank God that has not yet occurred, but may soon.

But that living a healthful lifestyle will create a healthy immune system and allow the body to fight off infection, this is the point that was made. As a matter of fact when you are given a vaccine, the effectiveness is based on the principle that the body\'s immune system is healthy enough to \"remember\" the disease in order to fight it, so you still need a healthy immune system.

Also Fox news is not the only source that was used, MSNBC, ABC, Fox News, CBS, and many others are all reporting the same dangers.

You are correct in stating that there is no such thing as forced vaccination, but the fact that they are trying to make it a law should raise some serious concerns.

But again, God has given us freedom to do what we want with our bodies so everyone will have to pray and make an intelligent decision for themselves. Quote

The idea that you can live the Adventist lifestyle and avoid infection by a virus your body has never seen is also a false statement. The immune system works by memory.

Thimerasol has absolutely nothing to do with autism. There has been nothing more effective than saving lives and preventing illness than vaccines. We have seen smallpox eradicated by vaccine.
Many physicians and nurses don't wash their hands, don't eat right and are not a good case example to prove that something is wrong with the vaccine. There is NO such thing as forced vaccines in the United States for religious reason alone you can always back out.
This type of presentation is why we are often viewed as fanatics and cooks. Quote
